A high percentage of women complain about the discomfort of their bra either because they feel it narrow or the cup is large or small. In this article I will give you some tips to know what the bra size you should use is depending on the texture of your back and the size of your breasts.

First of all, women should keep in mind that the measure used in this type of garment is the inch, in that sense I invite you to take a meter of dressmaking as a tool, a notebook and with the following indications you can determine your size:

Identify in the measuring tape the area that measures the inches, then place it in the lower part of your breasts, passing through the back and surrounding the entire contour of the chest, this will be the first measure, remember to write it down. For example: 32 inches.

Surround the contour of your chest again, from the back to the front, but this time you place the meter at the level of the most prominent part of your breasts, this would be the second measure (write it down). For example: 34 inches

The last step is to do the next operation:

First measure – Second measure = Bra cup size

For example:

32 – 34 = 2

We will assign a letter for every inch of difference, that is:

1 inch = A

2 inches = B

3 inches = C

4 inches = D

Thus, the correct bra size for this patient is 32B. Remember that the letters equal the size of the cup.
