The main factors that affect the health and beauty of the legs are the genetic load, a sedentary lifestyle, a poor diet, excessive consumption of cigarettes and salt and the lack of hydration, which you can combat in a simple way by incorporating to your day to day schedule a series of small habits:

  • Maintain a healthy and varied diet, incorporate fibers, fruits and vegetables into your diet.

  • Control your weight.
